“I purchased a sonic toothbrush nearly 12 months ago and it inexplicably stopped working. Up until this point it had been the best brush I’d ever had. I contacted customer services who, after giving friendly advice on possible fixes replaced the old brush with a brand new one. No quibble or fuss. Just great customer service. I highly recommend the company & their approach to their customers.”

“Thankfully sonic tooth brush original is very good. Battery is lasting for me . Unfortunately I purchased the luxury sonic pro bundle blush pink back in November 466267EU but I had to keep recharging. It only last 6 times before I had to recharger it.and the green light never came on.
