“No affiliation to Irish Gold Bullion. My company Aurum Metal Invest and myself have nothing to do with either Irish Gold Bullion or Nicholas Wickham. I left Irish Gold Bullion in March 2020. Some reviews are scurrilous unfair and defamatory. Legal action is being taken in that regard as appropriate. In addition these reviews and certain other emails have been reported to the Garda. Katie Chong”

“Thought it was only fair to update my review from below. I have now received my gold which I’m thankful for but not the silver I ordered. I’m assuming this will come in time. My advice to the guys in charge would be to keep customers informed as I wouldn’t have minded the delay at all if there was some customer service.”

“I think you just need to proactively provide more information to the customer about a timeframe for delivery. Also maybe provide an alternative delivery address - rather than just the home address”

“I ordered a few small gold coins, they arrived , out of their plastic holders, they were knocking together I am glad I did not order south African rands. Laurence”
