“Helpful, friendly, polite teams on the phone and quick to answer questions. I've knocked off one star because there was a misunderstanding on a short-term 3-month policy, we expected to be able to update the details when the situation changed and when trying to do that we were told it wasn't possible. It meant a new policy was needed and no refund was given from the old policy. As there were only a few weeks left on the old policy it wasn't the end of the world, instead, the person on the phone removed the fees from the new policy which we accepted as a goodwill gesture for the misunderstanding.”
