“I'm extremely happy with the service I received from UK Insurance NET. I sent an enquiry e-mail to them on a Sunday afternoon and they rang me within the hour to discuss my insurance possibilities. Even though they were ringing me on an international telephone number they spent plenty of time explaining the insurance and making sure that I understood everything in detail.”

“Not a good experience with a lot of info not given until after we paid eg excesses put on by company which made the policy not worth having in our opinion. When we cancelled the following day, so well within the 14 day cooling off period, we were told we had to pay £50. On the paperwork it says clearly that the cost of cancelling a policy is £37.50 except in the cooling off period . Insurance company turned out to be some obscure company in Gibraltar with only a PO Box as contact .”

“fantastic customer support from an advisor called James. He has been so supportive since the passing of my dad last summer which is the reason I needed this insurance on my dads property whilst it was going through probate and now going through a sale. James always calls me back when he says he is going to and always deals with me a very kind and supportive way. An excellent advisor, especially with a customer who is grieving. I would definitely use your company again from this experience.”
