“Live chat is done by a bot. Not helpful. Couldn’t help me by changing my order from bitcoin to bank transfer. I tried so many times but bot not helpful. My email address is blocked for a random reason by their admin customer service and bot just keeps telling me to contact the customer service. Poor customer service. A shame because I used to order from this company all the time and it used to be legit”
“false promises placed order nearly 2 months ago unfortunately royal mail has lost parcel so they offer me half my order which i accept better than getting nothing this was over 3 weeks ago and its still waiting for dispatch approval its feels like there just putting it of till i just give up on it, i feel let down as i a regular customer.”
“Scammers. Advertise delivery 2-4 working days, it has now been 12 days since I placed the order. They will respond on live chat and email regularly before you pay, but as soon as they have your money they won't respond to anything you say. I even set up a couple of fake email addresses to get a reply and they responded in less than 5 minutes, despite me sending an email from the account I paid for my goods for at the same time. Any 5 star reviews you see are bots or have been written by employees of the company.”

“Ordered 100 zopiclone, (in a tub) not blister pack, these are fake, did not work, and didn't have that zop taste! Emailed uksleepingpills.com telling them about this and they wanted photographic evidence of the parcel they were delivered in! This was obviously chucked in the bin by then! Avoid at all costs! Usually the 10 strip blister packs are genuine but dont make the mistake of ordering the 100 tabs deal as they come in a jar and are not genuine at all. They're stampted tablets etc, but dont work!!”
