“Ordered HIBS home shirt at the start of December 2017 - the order was taken and paid for, 1 week later it was updated to order rejected as item was out off stock. Not a major issue, email stated refund to be issued within 3-5 days. 1 month later still no refund. Not happy! Customer contact number always rings out. Avoid this company, I wish I had!”

UKSoccershop have a great variety of high quality sports apparel/stuff, Men, women, and children, as well as accessories etc with latest designs,.... Really amazing how much different stuff they have! The prices are great, no overcharge at all, and there is always something on sell, it is all very affordable with fast services. The customer service is pretty good, if you need to contact them you send an email, and they usually get back to you in a day.....”

Men, women, and children, as well as accessories such as covers, gifts, shoes. It is really amazing how much different stuff they have! “When they failed to deliver £80 item. Refused to respond to emails we escalated through PayPal, who closed the case as proof of delivery was provided by them. However the "proof" related to an empty envelope sent via recorded delivery in order to get a PoD. Case now with PayPal fraud department. Criminal action by this seller. Avoid like the plague.”

“I bought a Real Madrid T-shirt for my son from UKSoccershop in 25 November 2016, its been over two months I have not received it and whenever I send an email to customer services no one has bothered to tell me what is happening with my order. I am so pissed even writing this.”

“I ordered a football shirt from UK soccer shop as a Christmas present for my Grandson. It was faulty (it had hole in the stitching) so I contacted them to see what they could do. I had to chase them again and again just to get a reply. I sent them photos of the fault but again had to chase them. In the end they asked me if the shirt still had the tags which it didn't (it hadn't been worn and we noticed the fault after my grandson first tried the shirt on) but because the tags were missing they refused to offer a replacement or a refund. They were very rude to deal with and very evasive. You cannot contact them easily if you do have a problem you have to open a ticket on their website and in my experience they only reply selectively to these. I even wrote to their head office but never had a reply. I have never received a satisfactory conclusion to my complaint and am left out of pocket with a faulty product and very disappointed grandson. I would avoid buying from this company like the plague. Poor show.”

“Living in Australia the choice of soccer kits locally is not great but was able to place a large order (10 jerseys!) for me and my friends for my favourite teams. The delivery took around 10 days, but everything was exactly as I wanted it. I will be back for more later in the year.”
