“As I walked in, no one acknowledged or greeted me. I began searching for my own makeup and knew that would be a disaster since I haven’t really worn makeup since the end of 2019. Emily, in Winter Park Village, saved the day. She saw I was in trouble and took great care of me! I walked out of there, after spending over $300, pleased and appreciative.”

“I am going to be honest, I don‘t wear makeup. I like lip gloss and skincare mostly. Today I walked in to Ulta and one of your employees named Zaria, (hopefully I spelt it correctly) immediately walked up to me with a smile and asked “Hi! Welcome to Ulta! Would you like a basket? Are you looking for anything in particular??” l asked her if she could help me find a clear lipgloss. She did a wonderful job at showing me which lip glosses that would work. She was extremely great at explaining each one in detail to me and openly telling me pros and cons. Long story short, I was satisfied with my purchase and your employee truly did a wonderful job!”

“Cash at the McDonough store was amazing. She helped me find the perfect shade for my skin tone. She was funny and so helpful. She didn’t know it was my first time there. I will definitely go back and I hope she’s there. Thanks Cash 🥰”

“I went to Northbrook Ulta to get my husband cologne for Father’s Day. Nathan Rosado, the Ulta associate, was the most helpful person I’ve ever had help me when purchasing cologne. His recommendation was spot on and the best men’s fragrance I’ve ever smelled! Nathan made my shopping experience so easy & successful. Anywhere he works in his future will be gaining a great asset!”

“Pandorah was my stylist - she was awesome. She cut my hair exactly like I requested. I have been going to the same stylist for 20 years but going back to VA to get a hair cut is not practical. I now have found someone here who I trust and is exceptional. Thank you.”

“Today I visited Ulta at Del Prado Blvd, Cape Coral FL . The moment I started looking for products I was approached by a very nice young lady, Luciel, who immediately offered to assist if I needed help. She was friendly, gave me promo information and provided product information that simplified my search. I wish there were more people like Luciel in this world. I expressed my appreciation to her Supervisor, Madison, another nice young lady. Madison and Luciel, job well done!”

“I just wanted to leave a comment about Gloria at Ulta hair salon in Turlock. I’ve been trying all kinds of salons to find somebody that knows how to cut short fine hair. I paid so much money but then I found Gloria. She did an awesome job and I’m so happy with my hair and she’s a very nice girl, I just want to say thank you to the assistant manager that help refer her and thank you to Gloria”

“Jett at the N. Charleston Ulta on Dorchester Road helped me out today. She did a wonderful job and was so helpful to me. I really appreciated her help. “I have been seeing Jamie at the Dover, DE Ulta salon for almost a year now. Jamie knows exactly what I want when it comes to coloring and styling my hair. I have never had one bad experience since day one. Also, I find the customer service to be very helpful at checkout and also throughout the store. Thank you, Jamie.”

“My daughter and I got our hair cuts done a few weeks ago by Libby and Jessica. I cant tell you enough how welcomed we felt. The customer service was through the roof. They educated us on our hair care routines and we both are extremely please with how our hair turned out. We will definitely be returning. Jessica and Libby are amazing.”

“I always go to Ulta at old saybrook and Mary she is so professional and always nice I never go to other to do my hair because she is the best she really know how to make you pretty and she always so happy to ask question .. “Tamaris was the best customer service person I have met at Ulta in Rehobeth Beach, DE. I have found their other reps rude and dismissive; it has kept me out of the store. But I felt very good when Tamaris approached and offered help. He was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I will go back if I can deal with him.”
