I had a cut and express keratin treatment. A week later I am straightening it like I would without the treatment doesn’t seem any different than my normal hair does. Feel like a cut and a blow out would have been the same. Waste of money in my opinion.

I ordered an ULTA GIFT CARD for my Granddaughter's birthday. She still doesn't have it and I ordered it, as a gift to be mailed to Her house. I ordered on 02/22/25. Still nothing. I contacted Dominic P. and spoke with Rebecca today and she issued a refund. That's all fine and good but this doesn't help my sad Granddaughter. Now, if the card was to ever show up it's going to invalid and a huge disappointment to my Granddaughter. BUYERS BEWARE. I found out by calling the ULTA/CASH STAR number today that there's a FEDEX option. This is the only way to track and hopefully ensure delivery. I didn't see that option when purchasing the card.

Loving how I made an appointment 6 days ago with my usual stylist only to have the appointment and time changed to a different stylist. I arrive at the appointment 10 minutes early and the stylist isn’t ready for me; working on 2 other people . Now I’m sitting here waiting. When she finally gets to me, the shampoo is rushed; not what I’m used to. WHY make an appointment if it is not going to be honored. Unprofessional, uncool , and unsatisfied. 😓

I usually buy all of my hair products at Ulta even though it can be a bit pricey. I try to restock on them when they are on sale to save money when I can. In the catalog it shows Redken Shampoo and Conditioner on sale for 2 for 32 dollars so I’m thinking that’s great! I go into the Rogers Arkansas store and in one area they have the products with a sign that says 2 for 35 and in another area in store they had the ones that said 2 for 32. I ask the cashier about the price difference and also explain it has the cheaper price in their magazine so she talks to manager about it and she says Sorry it’s just a misprint and it is 2 for 35…I know it’s only 3 dollars more but it’s just the principal of the matter! Take the dang sign down out of your store or you need to honor the lowest price!!!! I went ahead and purchased the shampoo and conditioner but maybe I will check for better deals somewhere else in the future.

Years ago I was a faithful Ulta Shopper I bought all of my Cosmetics there. They are no longer competitive in their pricing, their coupons don't work on most of the brands that I buy and quite frankly their stores are dirty. Now I do a Google search and recently I bought my Biolage Hairspray on Walmart's website where it was almost $3 cheaper.

Went to get a blow out at the salon. The lady did the best she could but I could tell by the way she was blow drying my hair that she had no experience blow drying thick curly hair. My hair was damp after I left and is now furr frizzy and a complete mess. Wish I had just done it myself, I could have saved 80 bucks, 2 hours of my time and actually liked how it came out 🤦‍♀️😡 I’ll have to do it myself now regardless since I don’t have time to book anywhere else now. It’s Ulta though so I should have known.

I am a diamond member who loves ❤️ shopping @ Ulta . I use a wonderful master stylist & Every year spend almost daily on beauty steals. I placed an order on 3/15/24 of hairspray I needed soon & today is 4/4/24 & just received?? I asked in the app to please consider sending the me a coupon..making it available @ my local store ..my replies were ignored just responding sorry for late will reship?? Come on Ulta do better ..it's not the product it was corporate who could have just sent to my local store & picked up ..would've saved DAYS!! IT was already paid for ... Really Ulta??

The beauty salon just cancel’s appointments with out notifying the customer. If the stylist is out or is no longer working at their company. So if I wouldn’t have looked to see when my next appointment is, I would have showed up to these appointments. I am furious, horrible customer service.

I ordered one item for pickup. I go into the store and there's three people working but they're so busy on their phones and tipping out the hair people that they can't find someone to come to the pickup window for an order I already ordered online to save time being in the store. This is why I'll always shop at Sephora. I never have a problem getting someone to help me there!!

A sales person stated she wanted to help me, first with Clinique concealer but couldn’t figure out how to open it. I then told her I lost my Mac fix compact powder, she said she would match me, took one tester put it lightly on my neck and said. PERFECT When I got home it was so wrong, i feel like if employees are going to walk around under the pretext of experts they should be able to do the basics

I returned some items yesterday, and the customer service from the lady behind the counter was awful!! First she start looking up my return, then walked away and started talking about getting a break, and I had to tell the supervisor that the lady was working with a customer and should not be talking about breaks. When she came back, she said “I didn’t walk away from you, I was waiting for my computer to load your information “. What a bunch of BS, you walked away from me lady! Second she tried to tell me the item I was returning was not used, someone just opened it in the store to look at it. Umm NO, it was opened and used, because there was hair in the curling iron!!! On top of it all, the lady was training someone else. That poor soul, can’t imagine the training she is getting from someone who puts words in the customers mouth, walks away from the customer, and is more concerned about a break!! The Supervisor at least came over and apologized for not seeing me initially and not realizing the clerk was with a customer.
