“Ultimate Looks is a great place to purchase all of you hair pieces and supplies from. Knowledgeable staff, friendly, professional servce, great product line and easy to order from as well as expedient shipping. “My second wig and I love it. It’s shorter and a little darker ... I wanted a variety. Can’t believe how great it feels on. With summer coming I will have no problem wearing it! Don’t be afraid ... buy one you will not be disappointed!”

“I did not receive the color of the wiglet that I ordered . I called and emailed about the problem. I received an email of how to return it , but the person said they would send me a return label for free since the color was different than the picture. I still have not received the return label. I am sending the wiglet back unfortunately at my expense even though it was not my fault. I can’t recommend this company.”

“I’ve been ordering from Ultimate Looks for over 11 years. Their customer service is incredibly spectacular which is hard to find these days. And their products help me look put together. I receive so many compliments on my hair whenever I’m wearing one of their pieces. Highly recommend!”

“I’ve ordered from ultimate in the past, but this time someone called me to verify the color I chose. She said the patch didn’t look exactly the way the color really was. I thought that was so nice of her & certainly very thoughtful to care enough to do that. Everything I’ve ordered has always been of very good quality. Thank you Ultimate Looks”

“The $100+ I spent for the hair piece was a total waste. I chose what looked like my color of brown hair, but what arrived was light brown with shiny blonde highlights. There were no instructions for how to make it stay attached (as if I would even wear it). It looks totally fake, and now rests in the bottom of a dresser drawer.”

“A really nice hair piece. Three stars for that. My first one, so I must admit it was very difficult to get the right match. Not sure what I'll do .. either dye my hair or dye the piece. Whichever one, I have my challenge ahead.”

“Love the Envy pieces. Wanted one that was backordered until May. By request UL sent a different one. Like other one better. Need to reorder when in stock. Had to have something quick. Sales staff is fantastic. Maybe a discount on backordered piece? ...Envy left part topper...thanks”
