“At this point, you would rather not have my review! I am unhappy with your customer service! I have sent two email requests to you asking for instructions to, first, exchange the topper I ordered for a different one, then when I didn't get a response, I had to order what I wanted from another company. Therefore, my last request was for instructions to return order #15112 for a refund. I'm still waiting for a return form and instructions.”

“I’ve ALWAYS loved my hair piece I get. Color is perfect. BUT…my last order was totally wrong. It’s double the size, very pretty, but I don’t have enough hair to hold it up in back. Trouble getting help”

“I did not receive the color of the wiglet that I ordered . I called and emailed about the problem. I received an email of how to return it , but the person said they would send me a return label for free since the color was different than the picture. I still have not received the return label. I am sending the wiglet back unfortunately at my expense even though it was not my fault. I can’t recommend this company.”

“They sent me a request for a review before the product ever arrived, so I must obviously give it a neutral to poor review. I have no idea if I will be happy with what will be sent.”

“This hair piece is supposed to be a medium brown with gray. It is so dark it almost looks black. I will return it.”
