“Delia S. was nice. She experienced system issues which obiously was not her fault but prolonged the order completion time. Delia worked to find out how to apply previous credit to a new order and also, directed me to a summer coupon code since I am a regular client. Aside from Delia, I am hopeful that this order is completed on time as in the past I have had writers cancel my order 36 hours before its due date. With the short notice in cancellations, I then had to create a new order which costs triple the price of the original. Ultius get the work done but ofter times at the expense of my purse strings.”
