“I am a first time and was devastatingly disappointed with the quality of paper I receive for the cost of $153.00. I would strongly recommend not using this website. They don't follow instructions and it is on you to pay an extra fee to have the paper revised after they did a horrible job. Just a big disappointment. I have requested my money back lets see how that goes I will keep everyone updated on that issue.”

Hi Vindy. We are so sorry to hear that you were not pleased with your order's outcome. At first glance, it seems the writer followed your instructions, so we would love to hear specific examples. This way, the writer can use your comments as a means to improve. If you could clarify where the writer went wrong in a second email to our Refund Department, we imagine it will be very helpful. As a general note, if clients wish to receive their revisions delivered earlier than 48 hours, there may be a cost involved. This cost is to expedite the delivery of it. Since your original order was an urgent 24 order, we do understand our current revision policy does not fully consider urgent orders. We are doing our very best to solve this issue.
