Dear Mr Roe Thank you for your feedback. I have investigated the delay on this order and have discovered that there was one unit left in stock at the time of your order but by the time the order was received by the warehouse that item had sold out. The replacement stock was due the following day but that shipment was delayed and so your order was delayed. Due to the delay on your order I have refunded the delivery charge, please allow 2-3 days for this to be returned by your bank. I'm sorry about this delay, I hope you will try us again in future so that you can experience the excellent service which most of our customers receive. “After placing the order I received ano email of apology to say that the order would be delayed and offered a full refund if I wanted to cancel the order. I replied to ask for a refund on the delivery charge, which they granted without hesitation. The goods were despatched and arrived sooner than the forecasted delayed delivery date.”
