Dear Keith Thank you for your feedback. I have looked into this order and can see that it was delayed by 1 day and not the 4 days that you stated. Your order was placed on Saturday afternoon and as we operate normal business hours (Monday-Friday), your order was only processed on Monday. It was scheduled for delivery on Tuesday, using our standard delivery service which is a next business day courier delivery service for £4.99. Unfortunately, ParcelForce routed your parcel to the wrong depot, so it was delayed by one day as they had to return it to their national hub to be re-routed to your local depot. I appreciate your frustration when an order is delayed, and as it was not delivered on the scheduled day, I am happy to refund the delivery charge. “I had been searching for a pair of call center headsets and a training lead, I was unsure of the parts needed and the compatibility for my landline phone so I called up and Roger did the rest, I even had a problem with the website paying method ( probably my fault ) and he even sorted that out for me. Superb service thank you.”
