“I was looking for an mSata drive for my Dell 2720 to replace the small cache swop unit that came with the Dell originally. Having done my research the Samsung 850 Evo seemed to get the best reviews. Having looked online the cheapest price was Amazon but they had no stock. I came across Una Technology who I had never heard of before. However they are UK based and got good reviews. There price was the best after Amazon but they charge for delivery however this was next day courier which would be extra at Amazon. The ordering was simple and they responded immediately and kept me informed of the order progress. I got an email the next morning with the tracking number for the courier (DPD) and this gave me a 1 hour slot and the delivery arrived about 20 minutes into the time slot. Excellent service and good to see an independent company can take on the big boys and win. What also gave me confidence was that on their website they say they were basically an IT support company who went into supplying peripherals, which gave me confidence if I had a problem. The mSata drive installed fine from my Windows 10 flash drive and has transformed the performance of the Dell. Start up is now only a few seconds.”

“I contacted Una (late in the day) with an urgent request for 3 x WAN Interface Cards. Roger at Una ensured that he sourced the items I was looking for that same day (although short in supply at many other channels/suppliers) and ensured that I had the goods delivered the next working day - excellent service!! I was most impressed at the customer service and really felt valued. Goods arrived as promised the next day. Overall an excellent experience and would definitely use again and recommend their services.”

“They had in stock what I needed and it arrived when they said it would. However the photo on the net needed a photo of the rear of the device not only the front, (an adaptor for a power supply for a laptop) It did not fit my appliance but I have returned it and I am awaiting a refund, which they tell me I will receive.”

“Delivery was very quick, but trying to get a response to an email is a no show. I have tried to contact regarding returning an item and no one has responded in 3 days as of yet. Come on Una get your customer services sorted please.”
