“Ordered a Grohe Euphoria 260 shower from the company and it was delivered within 2 days. Well packaged and although it isn’t fitted yet I’m sure it will look great. Outstanding service so far and can’t fault them. Highly recommend this company and a very competitive price. 👍👍”

“I purchased a KEUCO Edition 400 basin mixer from Unbeatable Bathrooms in December 2021 for £340. The tap developed a serious fault while still within the manufacturer’s five-year warranty period, with water continuously leaking through the operating handle. I had no option but to purchase a replacement immediately to prevent further water loss and potential damage. I first contacted Unbeatable Bathrooms on 7 August 2026 to arrange a warranty claim. Since then, the experience has been extremely frustrating. On 21 August, Adam Smith, the director, replied promising to investigate that afternoon. Nothing happened. On 15 September, after further chasing, Adam again promised to investigate that day. Once again, nothing happened. I have sent numerous follow-up emails, including correspondence copied to other members of the business, but have still received no meaningful response or resolution. I have repeatedly explained that I still have the faulty tap and am perfectly happy to return it for inspection or repair. I am not asking for reimbursement for the replacement I purchased. I simply want the original faulty product dealt with under warranty. KEUCO has directed me back to the retailer, yet the retailer has failed to progress the matter despite repeated assurances. It has now been over two months since I first raised the issue, and I am no closer to a resolution. Selling expensive bathroom products is one thing, but providing proper after-sales service when something goes wrong is equally important. Based on my experience, I would be very reluctant to purchase from Unbeatable Bathrooms again. Customers should be aware of the difficulties they may face if they need warranty assistance.”

“Shocking customer services bought grab rail off them called over 6 times to be told someone would call me back, sent emails non response, very dodgy set up,Never received the item.. Taking it up with my bank for refund.”

“Spoke to Adam Unbelievable help and assistance helping me look for a product he couldn't help me with, he said he would look into it for me, following day as he said he called me with a solution. I think that's special and helping a stranger on the end of a phone gives me faith in this person and outlet. I will not hesitate to buy from them in the future Thanks Adam Andy”

“Really good service, couldn’t recommend more. Tiles look incredible and customer care was amazing. Had a call straight away after purchasing saying they would be delivered by the next day. Adam continued to check in until the tiles were delivered-couldn’t ask for a better service and at such a good price, thank you Adam!”

“I ordered a shower tray three weeks ago and it hasn't arrived. I've called dozens of times and there is no answer. I got through to somebody yesterday and they said they'd call me back but they didn't. I am still waiting to find out where my shower tray is. PLEASE CALL ME!”

“Fantastic customer service! Was struggling to find the tiles I wanted as were on delayed stock. Found them here and not only were they priced more competitively than anywhere else but Adam was really communicative about expected dates for delivery (they actually came in earlier than anticipated). Really happy with overall service and would definitely recommend 😊”

“If I could zero stars I would. Placed an order on the 11/09/2025, chased by phone & e-mail several times and no repose. CAN'T GET HOLD OF ANYONE TO ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK. I understand things can be delayed but to have no communication & ignored e-mails is not great. My order no: 19886, please give my money back.”

“Ordered a part that website would be delivered in 5 days but when didn’t contacted Adam who sourced from Germany. Took some time to get confirmation it was on its way and considering some of the reviews was beginning to lose faith, but it has arrived and thanks Adam for chasing this up and wonder what you have done to get some of those poor reviews, as I am very happy with the service I have had. “Ordered and paid for a bath, then no correspondence for 3 weeks. Eventually made contact with Adam, who informed me the item had been discontinued by manufacturer. He tried to find the item elsewhere but had no luck, so I received my full refund back. 5 stars to Adam for his assistance when I did speak to him, but only 3 stars in full as I had to chase them for 3 weeks before any contact. Would use them again though, as Adam seemed genuine, knowledgeable and seemed to really want to help.”
