I got an Oakley backpack at the airport that I didn’t really need and without thinking I sent it back to under armour. They said too back it’s not our product we can’t send it back. Out $150. They can’t just have the decency to be like honest mistake take it back. Never will I buy from this company.

Under Armour processed a large order only to reject it 4 days later with no reason. UA said they would re-process my order but all the items had risen in price and the difference was nearly $100. I was told that I would have to pay the new prices - Basically, they would not honor the original order. This is REALLY POOR from such a large company and I no longer buy from them now.

On February 26, 2024 I purchased Under Armor tennis shoes. They lasted all of 3 month developed a hole in toe due to improper stitching threats on toe came out. I contact Amazon who refereed me to Under Armour. They ask for proof of purchase, photograph of defect, etc which I send twice. They denied claim told me to contact Amazon. Neither Amazon nor Under Armour cared and more or less told me sorry. Tennis shoes of this value almost $70.00 should last more than 3 months not wearing each day. There shoes are imported from Vietnam (Cheap Labor) and that is what you now get cheap shoes with defects . They could care less about their customers. I will never buy an Under Armour product again. I have had 4 pair of these shoes two had issues with hole in toe but were older so did not complain use as garden shoes. Will file a complaint with Consumer Protection Agency but don't expect much from anyone.

I've had these boots 5 months , already falling apart and soles are worn and uncomfortable, horrible boot ! Don't waste your money

I’ve orderes black shoes but inreturn i received white shoes it is my first order and worst experience i ever had . Very worse to say this but guys literally made my day stupid . I need refund or rewards points of half price atleast. I also received the folded shoes with no proper quality.

We called the customer support during our business class to inquire about their business strategy but instead of helping out students who are searching for knowledge we were rudely ignored and hung up on. That really destroyed my image of the brand and I will definitely not rely on the customer service again

The top is fine, however the returns system for Under Armour UK is not up to scratch. I wanted to return the top as it wasn’t quite the right fit. There is only one option for courier return FedEx. The FedEx page to see return retailers was down for over a day and then intermittently worked. I finally had a list of retailers, the first said they don’t take returns. The second said the return label did not register so they couldn’t take the parcel. I contacted Under Armour for an alternative return method as I live in the countryside and cannot keep driving 5 miles to check each return retailer. They said there was no alternative and just gave me the list of retailers to return to for FedEx. This is not good enough, I’m stuck with an item I don’t want. You need to offer more courier return options.

First time to buy ua online. Delivery was scheduled for 4/8 then changed to 4/10 then 4/11 now 4/12. Never again

Ordered on website 19 march today 6th April till now not received the goods. Called call canter more than 10 times completely useless stuff every one is saying we will solve the issue but not .highly recommend to Don’t buy from under armour website at all . Very very poor customer service.

Got as a gift and it lasted about 60 days after receiving. My last bag was a DC draw string that I've had for over 10 years. I got this as a gift and to say me and the person who gave it to me are disappointed is an understatement. Talked to customer service and they said the best they can do is 25% off my next UA product. I'm probably not gonna use that as I don't plan on buying under armour again.

Shocking company I urge you to AVOID at all costs ,wrong items sent them do not refund returns so you'll pay for goods you return customer is non existent worst company I've ever dealt with AVOID

Used to buy UA but it now seems they have gone WOKE. Not a single white women modeling their SUPPORT BRAS. I am a white petite women with large breast and can't find a single white women advertising support of lg girls. TERRIBLE ADVERTISING PROMOTING BLACK NARRATIVE!!!! Don't buy from this company.

Sent items back 4/2/24. No refund. Chased 3 times. Spoke to 'Lenny' today on chat function who was downright rude! UA you owe me nearly 50 quid!

Missing order. Customer service terrible and not getting notice of a refund. They are claiming a good year despite sales dropping. Seems suspect to me, I used to get a lot of my Christmas presents from here but never again lol.

I got a my shoes for Christmas, I normally use 6.5 , this time my husband got me 7, Unfortunately they run small, and they are so tight. I gave them a chance but there are so uncomfortable. Sadly, my husband didn’t keep the recipe, so I couldn’t returned them.

Under Armour has terrible customer service. I ordered an item from them and once it arrived I noticed the size was too big. I did an exchange and the customer service told me I would receive the item on this day. Then I have to call them after a week and they say it’s out of stock? Then why did your customer service tell me it was processed and would be delivered a certain day? Pathetic I won’t be buying from them again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM UNDER ARMOUR !!!!. I made an order that was delivered on the 27th November with an item missing. I immediately contacted customer support and was asked to provide photos of the packaging which I did. They told me they would investigate and respond to me. We are now at 23 DAYS LATER and NO RESPONSE from UA. The telephone number just has a message saying there is nobody available to help. I have contacted them via a messaging chat many times only to be told that they are still investigating the matter and they can give me no timescales as to when this be resolved. I should therefore wait indefinitely to hear from UA !?!?!?!?! This is an absolutely disgusting way to treat a customer. The way this should be handled is that you refund my money then Investigate as to who is stealing items at your distribution centre. NOT make me wait indefinitely to receive my money. I have spent thousands over the years with UA but I will NEVER buy another item from them. This is basically THEFT/FRAUD I paid for an item that was not delivered and the company still have not resolved the situation. I am now certain I will never get this issue resolved.
