Is this how under armour treats there customers ???? After spending a bomb at your showroom this is what I get that you completely insane workers point a finger at me and tell me that I am blacklisted in front of other customers ????? First you give me a used pair of shoe if I return it .. is this what I get in return when it’s your FAULT , and I am BLACKLISTED .. I promise you .. I’ll burn your clothes.. and have a hoarding in front of your shop saying how you treat your loyal customers .. well the biggest surprise is that you LOST A GENUINE CUSTOMER..

Still waiting for my refund and it’s been two weeks! I had a lot of problems with under armour. They said I received a replacement and I never received a replacement and customer service is the worst!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Under Armour as a whole. I used to buy quite a bit from them online but havent for awhile BUT, before christmas I ordered a cold gear pullover and the website, instead of adding my selected XL, it added the true fit recommendation L. The second I checked out I tried to contact customer service but because I used Klarna they couldnt make changes. Fast forward to when it arrived, I shipped it back. My item arrived on 1/10/22. I have since contacted CS via chat and have been told first, 10-14 days. The second time I was told 10-14 BUSINESS days I would get my refund. Now today being business day 14 I am being told 14-28 days. What a freaking joke! An item that I didnt even select the size, under armour did, I paid for almost two months ago and cant seem to get muy money back for despite their website adding the true fit size instead of the XL I selected. Dont order from them unless you know 100% your size because you may never see your money again

I gave one star because I can't give 0. I have ordered a shirt only to receive an email 2 days later iy is out of stock. I made another choice, it shipped, never received. So I called to try to get help THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. They will say "rest assured......" it is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!

I will never buy anything from this website again. The customer service is terrible and you can't even send them an email. They hang up on you, leave you on hold and transfer you to no one. UA has good products but whatever you do don't use their website.

We did an online order from Under Armour and the employees took our card info and tried 5 transactions $400 each in Maryland and New Jersey where our order was shipped from!! PROTECT YOURSELF AND DON'T ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY. TRIED TO CALL TO WARN THEM OF EMPLOYEES COMMITTING THEFT AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IN THE PHILIPPINES

The worst service have ever faced. Placed the order 10 days before and none of the customer service Team is ready to support to receive my order on time nor to cancel the order even after 3 to 4 follow-ups through phone and chat.. Very very worst. Please donot make any online purchase on their website by looking at their fake discount offers..

Order just went nowhere with no updates. Tried logging in and my order doesn’t show at all but I’ve definitely been charged. Messaged their official Instagram, totally ignored. Called to find out, horrible painful to listen to hold music. Prices no better than in store, the online purchasing experience is literally spoiling the whole brand for me

Ordered a present two weeks ago. No evidence of the order even having been processed, no replies to my emails and noone ever answers the phone at customer service. Will ve cancellling my order and asking for a refund.

Brought 2 backpacks (Hustle Pro and Hustle 5) from Under Armour website on 27 November but the order is not shipped after 10 days. Contacted customer service only said they will ship asap. All my items from Amazon arrived so don't use to excuse of carrier logistical issue. Wish the items come before Christmas.

After a promise delivery date of some sweet, purple women's training shoes of 11/3, I waited a week. I then chatted with a "Baby Boy E" who said he verified it hadn't moved at the fedex location and that he would cancel and rush me a new pair. A week later, I tracked them and it still hadn't moved from the location it was at and the new pair was also never ordered. They said it was a stolen package and they could not rush a new pair. Then why say that? After being put on hold twice, they returned to say they couldn't do that either because my size was no longer available. Fine, refund me, but horrible service. Also, this is not verified, but my debit card also had fraud on it in the middle of all this. My guess is someone stole my shoes and my card.

Absolutely horrendous shipping standards. They take months longer to ship than advertised, with no explanation, they just keep pushing the date. The Better Bussiness Bureau should audit them, they are misleading people with false information.

I purchased 2 hoodies for my son and within 2 weeks they are falling apart at the front pocked. Im a single mom i work my butt off. I bought them because i thought they would last. I got them online off of Kohls and i didnt keep the original packaging so i cant exchange them its sad. I feel like i have been ripped off.

UA has out sourced most of its customer service, they do not return your messages . Shipping and getting an order processed takes weeks from start to finish. Business Fundamentals they have forgotten !" it will cost them bottom line

I bought some UA running shoes for $90 about a month ago and I loved the way they look and fit. But now they’re getting holes where the stitching around the leather (?) upper part of the shoe that is around the front of the shoe and the fabric meet. I wear them a lot but still, one month and my shoes look worn out. This has happened with almost every pair of UA shoes I’ve had. Not impressed with the quality of materials or craftsmanship for what they cost. I’ve had shoes from Walmart last longer for a fraction of the price. These guys are losing their edge!
