Domestic Delivery for online purchase took 10+days, to exchange the product (was too big) as per company’s policy 5-7days, today is day 8 and still waiting for pickup, I can’t imagine how long will take to receive the exchanged package. Exchanges for online purchase is not accepted in the physical stores even with a receipt. Customer service - don’t waste your time.

UA cancelled my order with no explanation, no email, no contact AFTER confirming the purchase and delivery date with an email. This was a Corporate purchase and I was given no explanation for the order cancellation. I confirmed with my CC company that the transaction was not cancelled on their end and it was not.
Avoid purchasing through UA if you are a Corporate buyer or placing a large order

Ordered msks over two weeks ago because my work mandated make again. They were shipped and estimated delivery as three days ago and my tracking number, which I had to fight with them to get, says it's still in process to he delivery service. I will never order again from UA. Once I told them that they disconnected the live chat and didn't try to make it right.

I have no problem with your item quality, but I have a problem with your customer services for instance last week I have an order which must be delivered on a specific day, but the carrier has changed and reschedule delivery day more than once.
