I called the Portsmouth store, and they advised me that I could get a refund at other outlet stores in London.

I’ve orderes black shoes but inreturn i received white shoes it is my first order and worst experience i ever had . Very worse to say this but guys literally made my day stupid . I need refund or rewards points of half price atleast. I also received the folded shoes with no proper quality.

Shocking company I urge you to AVOID at all costs ,wrong items sent them do not refund returns so you'll pay for goods you return customer is non existent worst company I've ever dealt with AVOID

Sent items back 4/2/24. No refund. Chased 3 times. Spoke to 'Lenny' today on chat function who was downright rude! UA you owe me nearly 50 quid!

Missing order. Customer service terrible and not getting notice of a refund. They are claiming a good year despite sales dropping. Seems suspect to me, I used to get a lot of my Christmas presents from here but never again lol.

The way this should be handled is that you refund my money then Investigate as to who is stealing items at your distribution centre.

I did a refund 17 days ago for some shoes that were 2 sizes smaller than what they write on them, and still didn't get my money back.

Still waiting for my refund and it’s been two weeks! I had a lot of problems with Under Armour. They said I received a replacement and I never received a replacement and customer service is the worst!

The second time I was told 10-14 BUSINESS days I would get my refund.

Ordered a present two weeks ago. No evidence of the order even having been processed, no replies to my emails and noone ever answers the phone at customer service. Will ve cancellling my order and asking for a refund.
