I received a phone call this morning from Customer Service and was told that unless there was a fault they do not accept returns.

Terrible customer service. after being transferred to a call center in India, where the customer service folks didn't speak english only to be told that i could not exchange the shoes for another size until the shoes purchased were returned. returns are taking any where between 2-4 weeks. based on the comment below, likely NOT GOING to take place.

After my 2nd box since they didn't ask questions like if I need neutral or stability sneakers, I was told my returns from the 1st box looked used and didn't have the tags on.
