990? Inspite of providing all the necessary proofs if you are unable to process the refund or send the missing item it's an extremely poor customer service that you're providing.

When the products reached the warehouse, one of the items from the returns was found missing and UNIQLO didnt offer refund for that item claiming that the products returned were partial and that they cannot offer any resolution.

I contacted them and they told me that they’ll stop the shipment, but it was still delivered… in order for me to get a refund, I have to pay extra to ship it back.

UNIQLO does not deserve any stars! I will NEVER order online with UNIQLO AGAIN. The online refund/exchange policy is ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL! I exchanged one item in store for a different item of a much greater cost. Despite purchasing this in store, UNIQLO has marked my receipt: 'Exchange only, online order'. BE WARNED!

Rather than allow an exchange, I am required to return the item, incurring return shipping costs and expending weeks more for a refund or exchange.

Terrible returns policy and terrible customer service team giving out incorrect information, stating that because I requested a refund rather than stating exactly that I 'wished to cancel the contract" they would not refund me. Wow.

Further, they refund only in the original payment mode(Credit card etc) and do not even issue a credit note.
