They have nice stuff, but don't accept product returns. They only do exchanges for equally or more expensive items. Very disappointing, I won't be shopping here again.

When the products reached the warehouse, one of the items from the returns was found missing and UNIQLO didnt offer refund for that item claiming that the products returned were partial and that they cannot offer any resolution.

So I carried a box all the way to their store for absolutely nothing, and now had to carry it back home and will now have to find a FedEx location (another special circle of hell), because their own stores do not honor their own returns.

Quality of garments is excellent but customer service is rubbish. The woman I spoke to on the phone treated me with contempt, did not listen and interrupted. Returns - fiendishly difficult and complicated. I certainly will not be using their online ordering again.

Terrible returns policy and terrible customer service team giving out incorrect information, stating that because I requested a refund rather than stating exactly that I 'wished to cancel the contract" they would not refund me. Wow.

Loyal customer for years but encountered it’s terrible new returns policy where basically you have to pay to try online only items, even though it was click and collect - well you might have made some money by making me exchange this time but I won’t be using your shop again in a hurry

They basically do not offer returns, not even credits, you can only exchange the item you want to return for others which are same price or higher, which means once you spend $$$ you will not be able get your money back, and you even may spend more and randomly get some things else you may not want.
