“I found your website confusing. I wanted recharge leads for an iPhone 12, put it on Google, was taken to Amazon and thought that was what I had ordered. When they arrived I found that I had mistakenly ordered leads for a Samsung phone and so they are useless to me.”

“Service by Trade NRG probably good but is completely let down by the regularly predictably shoddy service from from Royal Mail who have probably forgotten where they stored it It has not (today’s date 14 April 2021 ) yet been delivered. They are letting you down!!!! Barry. King order noTN27739”

“The product itself is fine. Communication by NGR is another matter. Acknowledgment of the order was prompt, but the tracking link sent did not work. NRG then changed the despatch, but did not explain it clearly, and the second tracking link also did not work. In the end, the product arrived later than expected.”

“Unfortunately the items were not as expected. 2 x waterproof cases for iPhones The problem being that I can’t press the home screen when the phone is in the case. The rest of the touch screen works fine but not much use when you have to remove the phone to access the home button each time ☹️”

“Ordered "Duracell Recharge Plus" AAA 750mAh rechargeable batteries but received "Duracell rechargeable" AAA 750mAh instead (lower spec and cheaper, different packaging). This could have been a mistake, of course, but it's too much trouble to return them during lockdown: they are useable although they will not function as well as the ones I ordered. Email acknowledgement of my order was not received until I contacted TradeNRG directly.”
