“I received AA batteries loose in a card board packet looked they were not Brand New . I reported it back to the company but still waiting for either Brand New ones or Refund .”

“Have to give you very poor for your packaging. What a waste to send 2 small batteries in such a very, very big envelope. We're should all be doing our utmost to reduce wastage, my grandchildren couldn't believe it when I showed them. Would love to do business with you again if you help save the planet.”

“Well first i get sent a 5% off code after i have ordered, then i get asked to leave a review whilst I'm still waiting for the goods to arrive. Ordered the 2nd its now the 9th. Apologies but i can't answer the other questions as I'm still waiting.”

“I have not received the items that I ordered and was never given a tracking number. It's been over 10 days so far, since I ordered the items. I just got an email to say it's been dispatched but no contact after that.”

“The goods I ordered did not arrive. I subsequently received notification that the package had been undelivered by Royal Mail and returned to Trade NRG UK. The packaging was damaged and the goods were missing. I have received a refund.”
