“I needed a new battery for my watch and didn't want to pay jewellery shop prices for it to be replaced. I looked up how to do it on the web and thought " I can do that ". Got online and found your website. Two batteries for less than 2 quid (one and a spare) delivered as promised and fitted in 5 minutes. Happy days. Thanks TradeNRG.”

“Ordered two batteries they arrived on time and seem OK I have a GRIPE though NRG put a message on Facebook Stating the delivery was to my home address and printed it full on Facebook.”

“Super bass ear buds arrived after a week. Very good sound although not the best bass - but better than many and great value for money. Yes they were professional and payments made by paypal - so pretty secure. Would I use them again? Yes.”

“Bought a new set of headphones and controller for my ancient i-pod shuffle, at a fraction of the cost that apple wanted to charge me. Goods arrived promptly, but unfortunately, the controller didn't work, although headphone are fine. It's not worth the effort of sending them back and I'm thinking my poor old i-pod is probably at fault rather than the new set.”

“Product description and packing excellent. However I paid extra for postal delivery, yet it still took nearly one week to arrive. Other firms get to me after 2 days. The site description did not specify the advantage of paying extra postage, but it did not improve speed of despatch.”
