“The service was good but the item is not Apple genuine as a message appears on the screen warning not to use this cable. On iPad Air 2. However it works with the iPad Air 1 and the iPhone 6. Yann”

We always display bulk pack notice in the description. Please check the description and you have an option to return it within 30 days for full refund. If item is retail pack then we clearly mentioned this in description as well
