“Good product, as for the service this was a complete let down. Wouldn't use this company again.”

“Ordered lots of batteries, I had a dispatch notice to say they were on the way, a week went by and no delivery and no tracking information was provided, but said the service used was Royal Mail Tracked 48. I contacted them via their online chat, took a very long time to respond, when they eventually did, they said they would update the tracking information. Another day went by, and I get a notification of a refund, no explanation, sorry or any contact, even when I messaged to ask why, and no response was given. Although I was given a full refund, I won't be using this company again, as their customer service is non existent.”

“Ordered a Apple iPhone charging cable over a week ago.Have still not received the said item Have sent messages on chat to ask where it is but have yet to receive a reply. If I have not received item by Friday I will be contacting PayPal to lodge a complaint.”

“Not happy at all. Very disappointing. I’ve tried to contact them so many times for my order no response at all. What ever I’ve order I didn’t received that thing. Very late delivered. On their website it’s mentioned 48 hours delivery so I’ve ordered three iPhones wire. I need to take them on holidays but they never arrived in 48 hours. Very disappointing. I received my order one week after when I came back from my holidays. When I opened my order it was not what I was ordered. Try to contact them for return but no answer even try to use live chat but absolutely useless. Never order again never recommend anyone.”

“I ordered an i phone cover. It never arrived. I contacted the seller with the order reference & receibved a response asking again for the order reference. i replied & e mailed a copy of the actual order. I recieved a reply saying sorry and asking for an explanation of why I had waited so long to report the matter ( but no refund or indication of when or if it would come). I replied again and have had no response no refund & no product. I would give a -10 rating if I could.”
