“Having ordered a Private Eye subscription as a Christmas present for my son-in-law I realised that, apart from the invoice, I did not have anything on paper that I could give him as the actual present to confirm what I had done. I telephoned the UM office the week before Christmas to ask whether they had anything that would serve this purpose. I spoke to a really helpful young lady who said that although they didn't really have anything, she had a template that she thought she could adjust to do the job. A couple of days later I received a certificate naming him personally and telling him what the gift was. Needless to say he was delighted. This was wonderful service from the young lady concerned and I can't thank her enough.”
