“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - they did not supply me with the magazine I ordered and did not give me enough time to source it from another company. They must have known that demand was high but they never contacted me until it was too late. They had my order for over 2 weeks. This was my 1st and last time I will use this company.”

We’re very sorry that we were unable to supply the magazine you ordered. As explained in the email we sent to you, this particular issue had extremely limited availability from the publisher, and despite contacting all of our suppliers and the publisher directly, we were only able to obtain a very small number of copies.
Unfortunately, demand for this issue was exceptionally high and we had to allocate the copies we received on a first come, first served basis, prioritising customers with ongoing subscriptions.
We fully understand your disappointment and sincerely apologise that we were unable to fulfil your order. As soon as it became clear that we would not be able to supply the issue, we contacted you and processed a full refund immediately.
We always do our best to source the magazines our customers request and never wish to disappoint anyone.

“I have had three 500 Sudoku Puzzles Magazines and the binding on the last two has collapsed after little use. The pages fall out and the book is only then fit for the bin. An earlier version lasted the course so the latest batch of binding glue is not fit for purpose. I will not be purchasing another.”

“They put a horrible sticker with a barcode on the front of the magazine. I tried to remove it but now there is a sticky mess. I’ll never buy from them again. The magazine has a barcode so there was no need for a sticker.”

Unfortunately, the barcode sticker is not applied by us. These are placed on the magazines by our suppliers before they arrive at our warehouse, so we receive them with the stickers already attached.

“The magazine, which arrived on time, arrived folded in two. While the packing said "Do not bend" and it was the postal delivery workers ignoring of this, the item should have been sent in a cardboard-backed envelope.”

“It’s really fun to have a comic-like magazine, and I love that it comes with a minifig. However, I thought it would be a better quality print for what it costs. It’s flimsy, and the minifig is heavy duty tapes to the front of the magazine, making it impossible to remove without sacrificing it.”
