Hi, Sorry to hear this has not arrived yet! Your subscription has not kicked in yet and it is due, to begin with, issue 02 which is due in February. All newly placed orders will naturally begin with this issue and this is explained on our site, under the Daphne's Diary product description https://www.uniquemagazines.co.uk/Daphnes-Diary-Magazine-Subscription-p355212. Issue 01 was already sold out, only being sent to those who have rolling sub's already, due to limited stock. I am sorry but this is the soonest we can get your sub begun. I’m pleased to write about unique magazines because recently I have been disappointed with the service. I’ve been a good customer for a long time ordering the Methodist Recorder for Dad who was 100 last September…….he looks forward to his favourite paper and often at holiday times it fails to appear…..once I was told the PO hadn’t delivered it so lost a week’s publication and no refund. The paper should arrive Monday but often doesn’t and with Bank Holidays I seem to miss out regularly…..I am a loyal customer and feel that your service is far from efficient!

Hi, I am so sorry to hear this. I can confirm we always send the issues, as expected, in a weekly fashion. This of course changes slightly over the Christmas period, due to when issues are released but apart from that, they are sent every Friday. We are sending them from our end, via royal mail and whenever issues are late or missing, we can always offer compensation, so I am not too sure why you were not. I can confirm my manager extended your sub by two issues, so you have a full 13 left on your renewal subscription. Please bear in mind when the issue is with the royal mail, it is out of our hands how fast they deliver it. Despite this, we are here to compensate when they are late or missed. We can only do so much, to ensure the service is acceptable and I am sorry you feel this way about the service lately. Please do also consider that we were informed due to current high cases of Covid, the Royal Mail is short-staffed, as a lot of them are self-isolating. It has also just been Christmas, which causes further delays at times due to the business of the post. I am so sorry for any inconvenience and if you need anything else, please let me know so I can help! Thanks, Ellie😊

Ordered Dazed Magazine Winter issue. No copies available in the shops...all sold out. Super fast delivery and well packaged, arrived in excellent condition. Woud definately use again and recommend :-)

Have previously purchased a subscription for one of your magazines for my granddaughter in the UK.This year I wanted to upgrade to a more age appropriate product. Very easy to use website and purchasing process. Previous magazine was efficiently delivered by Royal mail and thoroughly enjoyed by my granddaughter.She's looking forward to another year of good reading and education. B.F,, Ontario, Canada.

Hi, Hope you are ok and I am so sorry to hear this. This was sent on the 16th of December via international airmail. For deliveries to Israel please allow a maximum of 60 days for delivery and especially over Christmas, considering that the post over December can be slightly busier. Hi, This first double issue was sent on 22.12.2021 and I am so sorry it did not arrive with you. I can’t really comment on the magazine as it is a gift for my son but I know he enjoys it very much. I have been renewing subscription for him for a few years now. The renewal system is very good and the call centre staff are very helpful.
