Hi, I am so sorry to hear this! So we sent this from the UK to Belgium via priority airmail. We never send them damaged and depending on the weight of the magazine, we include different packaging with various strengths. I am so sorry that during the transit system, your magazine was damaged and I would like to help resolve this. Hi Louise so sorry you feel this way. So if you were to pick this magazine up in a store, you would only pay the cover price alone, as you are going in the store to purchase it yourself! For a single issue, we work out the pricing based on the magazine's cover price, 1st class postage, packaging, payment to get it from suppliers, compensations and profit, as we are a business and this is how we run. We provide free postage with subscriptions but single issues, are sent 1st class for quicker service and if we were not to add on this postage cost, we would lose money from single-issue orders. Since we are not publishers, we cannot provide it for the lowest cost as they can simply send the magazine straight from the printers, unlike us who must get it from a supplier and have our staff work super hard to get it out to you! I understand any frustration but hopefully, this clears up the pricing system and how we keep our popular business running, to help customers obtain their favorite magazines! I do apologize for you not receiving this and I can see that you were refunded for this. I can see that you have an order for Das Neue Blatt, this magazine has to be delivered to us from Germany and we have been having troubles with foreign magazines arriving at us on time - we have queried this with our suppliers many times and yet to hear back.

“It is now 30 days since I purchased the magazine, and I am still waiting for it to arrive. I did email yesterday asking and all I can be told is that it was dispatched on the 28th of October. I also asked for a waybill or reference number for tracking and again was told no Unique Magazines can not give that. I can only complain after 60 days of not receiving it. This is a Christmas present and I doubt I will receive it before the 10th of December. Very disappointing.”
Hi, I am so sorry to hear this. We sent the magazine the same day you placed the order, via priority airmail. We ask customers to let us know within 30 days that the issue if an issue has still not arrived but with the rest of the world, we are unable to act on claims until it has been the maximum date of 60 days. From experience, this is the maximum time it can take for magazines to arrive overseas, outside of Europe and so we ask you to allow this before we send another issue or offer a refund. When the magazine has left our warehouse, it is slightly out of our hands as the royal mail must deliver it. However, as we provide the product, we will always compensate when the time scale has passed! If you would have liked the order for Christmas, it is always best to check with us first to see when is best to order however, it is likely the magazine will arrive before Christmas. “The first half year TAB was delivered on Thursday/Friday every week ,but the 2nd half of year TAB is been delivered Saterday ,Few weeks ago one issue came on Monday. The issue is in the shops on the following Thursday.”
Hi, We send these magazines typically, every Thursday via 1st class postage. This is due to our new system in place and to save overwhelming our dis team. They work super hard and Thursday is a day in which they can ensure the magazines go out effectively, correctly and reliably. If we can, we do send them a day earlier for example this week, we could get them out Wednesday as it was manageable! They should never arrive later than the following Wednesday, just before the on-sale date of the next issue. If issues are late and you let us know, we always compensate to ensure customers get all issues paid for.
I believe since the issue is sent the Thursday, it is pretty good that they arrive on Saturday but if it is ever later than the following Wednesday, please let us know!

Hi, Sorry we do not have access to specific tracking codes. We send thousands of magazines each week and so we cannot provide specific numbers to track customer orders, as they are sent in bulk. We can, however, ask you to allow a maximum period before then compensating. Tank was sent on the 27th of October and please allow until over the weekend for this to arrive. The same applies to Vogue Spanish as they were sent in the same package. If these do not arrive by Monday, let me know and we can either send a replacement or refund you for your purchase. Hi, Thanks for letting us know. This magazine was originally sent on the 27th of October 2021, where it was returned to us by postal services on the 15th of November 2021, due to an insufficient address. I personally contacted you via email, on this date in which I asked you to confirm your address before resending the issue. You confirmed this and I noticed that when you originally placed the order, you did not put your house number on. I added this in for you and had the issue resent on the 23rd of November 2021, only 3 days ago! This was sent via priority airmail to the USA and please allow the maximum of 60 days for delivery, although it is ikely to arrive much sooner. Hopefully, this clears up this problem.
