“I have not got any problems with the service. Have you thought about using paper envelopes that can be recycled, rather than the plastic bag? It would be better for the environment.”
Hi, Thanks for the feedback. Plastic packaging is used to ensure it is protected for things such as water damage whilst in transit, as paper can easily be ripped or torn. We have thought to use biodegradable packaging and it is something we may look into, in the future.
