“I was really pleased to receive this "Astronomy Now" magazine as it contained an image of the cosmic bubble (p.102) taken by my brother. No shops which sell A-N in my area and I am not too good on my feet, so it was a godsend!

“Magazine Absolutely Great.
When you are giving up the plastic wrapper? Everything else I now receive is in paper except Postscript magazine which comes without a wrapper at all. The address printed on the back. Your magazines the same size could do likewise.”

I agree and this is something we have looked into, to help the environment and gain a strengthened package, to protect the mags. We do twist wrap boxes for larger magazines, especially when they go overseas, which include no plastic.
The costs of these various packaging are being weighed up and have been considered but at current, there are no plans to move forward further with this, until the time is right. I have passed this on though, so thanks a lot for the feedback it means so much!

Mag starts on a Saturday and it arrived on the Monday after.
Apart from that occasion very pleased with the service

Hi, I am so sorry to hear it arrived late but I am happy to hear it has happened only once. We send our magazines weekly with the same service and process, with no changes. These are sent every Tuesday, 1st class and should arrive by the following Saturday just in time for the listings. If they do not, always let us know so we can apply an extension to compensate!

Hi, I am so happy to hear you are thrilled to get the magazine! With this being a publisher order, it can take a maximum of 4-6 weeks for it to begin. This is stated in our policy as we must allow time to send the order to them, for them to receive this, process the order and have it set up. They then often allow it to start with the next available issue, hence the slight wait. Hope this makes sense and clarifies the reason for this. Thanks so much for your understanding and the 4 stars! The edition posted on Tuesday is for Saturday coming (20.11.2021) and onwards. Not for beginning (13.11.2021).
