“It’s such a shame - we have used the subscription service for over 6 months. Delivery was brilliant to start with. We order for my 88 year old father in law and TV is his life. But since the last renewal the magazine comes half way through the week of TV listings. Useless ! I have called for the last 3 weeks and stated what has happening. The team are helpful and add another issue on to the subscription but they are not fixing the route cause problem. Meanwhile we are having to run round each week and buy my father in law a magazine to keep him happy. I will now be cancelling and using a local estate agent.”
Hi Joanne, thank you for your review and feedback. I can confirm that the magazines are posted out the Tuesday before the start date on the magazines, they are sent out in the afternoon with the Royal Mail. Unfortunately if they are being held up in sorting offices this is out of our control. We could only compensate for the order, we cannot change how the magazines are sent as once they leave our warehouse it is up to sorting offices and then local postal offices. I have spoken to you today and we have offered you a full refund due to all the problems which you have incurred, even though this was out of our control. Hi! We appreciate the feedback we are continuously working on developing our package and postage. I've looked into your account and can see one time where you contacted us regarding a damaged issue and we sent out a new magazine straight away for you. I apologise that it seems to have been more by the sounds of your review. If we are ever contacted regarding a damaged issue we will do our best to send a replacement (stock depending) I also apologise that you could only give us two stars due to this one incident.
