“I ordered the harry styles vogue magazine in october and it hadn’t arrived by even december. I had no contact about the update of the magazine and so i messaged them myself to ask where they told me that it had been lost in the post. Not once had they told me about this previously despite it being lost for a few weeks. If they had told me earlier i might have been able to purchase a affordable one and now all i can find is resale ones for around £50. I am so upset with them as i was really looking forward to this magazine. I have just requested a refund as it is now february and still hasn’t arrived. Very bad experience will not be placing an order again.”

“My parents never received their magazines after a few week from the order. I tried to call, no answer. Then emailed. I had an answer eventually asking if the magazines had arrived. I replied they hadn’t and it’s been another two weeks and no reply. I would be expecting a refund now. I originally ordered beginning of January. Would not recommend this company.”

Hi, I am sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, due to the current circumstances with Brexit, there was a difficulty obtaining lots of European titles into us, including this specific one. This is now resumed for this title and the first issue of your subscription will be NO 3 and this will be dispatched on the 05.02.2021. From this date, the subscription should be weekly , with little interruptions where possible. I do hope this is okay and I appreciate your patience. Hi, I am sorry to hear this and thanks for letting us know. I can confirm your issue was dispatched back on the 31st of December 2020 and for deliveries via sea freight to the USA, it can take a very maximum of 12 weeks. Please allow untill the 23rd of March 2021and if this does not arrive, let us know so we can get this resolved. Thankfully, from tomorrow ,all the rest of world deliveries will be sent via priority air mail meaning this delay will not be present. Good morning, thank you for your review. I can confirm that due to Brexit, we are unsure as to what is happening with foreign magazines. No where in the UK (unless working directly with the publishers) are receiving any foreign magazines in at the moment. We were not aware that this would be a problem, or that this would happen.
