“The opportunity to get Daphnes Diary in the UK has been wonderful, however there have been copies that sadly didn’t make it to me and that was somewhat disappointing. I love this magazine and I would dearly love to renew my subscription but I can’t justify paying a subscription when I don’t receive all the magazines. I have contacted customer services and not really felt satisfied with the response while it was pleasant and courteous it didn’t compensate for the missing magazines offer an explanation so lovely but no prizes there. Again the Magazine is wonderful and I do love it so much I shall really miss it as I have done on a few occasions already”
Hi, I am sorry to hear this. It seems that these were being dispatched and it seems they must be gotten lost within the postal services, as they have not been returned to us at any point. I have read previous emails with yourself and the agents and can understand it may not of been the resolution you were hoping for. It is difficult in some cases to find the reason magazines are not arriving, especially after checking the address and having confirmation we are sending from our end at Unique. I have dropped you a personal email to see if there is anything we can do, to ensure that they would be recieved if the magazine is renewed.
