“Despite being informed my magazine was en route I have yet to receive it. Having queried this I am informed there are now none available. No mention of refund or future edition. When I queried the possibility of an online version I was informed this was not a possibility!

Unfortunately, we cannot offer digital issues as we are not the publisher of the title. “Unfortunately the Royal Mail don’t deliver on time and have been taking sometimes a week to deliver and so I lose4-5 days of knowing what to view so do not intend to renew , shame really as they are so efficient at sending - pity the RM spoils it!”
