“Delivery of the TAB magazine to our home in France has become very unreliable - particularly since BREXIT. Often it doesn’t arrive until several days after the competition deadlines. It used to arrive every Wednesday without fail two weeks prior to the deadlines, but not snymore unfortunately”
Hi Eileen we have been in contract quite a bit regarding this. We post the magazines from our end using priority air mail which is the fastest available service we can use via the Royal Mail. We personally have had the privilege of being able to send them earlier than stores get them to encourage an early delivery for our amazing customers! Unfortunately, when it leaves us we cannot guarantee the 3-7 working days delivery time although this is the expectations we have. Like any other magazine being sent to Europe this way, We have to ask customers to allow a maximum of 15 days. I understand this is a weekly, Time sensitive magazine so it is important for it too arrive on time. Please understand this is something we do have little control over and we always recommend contacting your local office for updates.

If there is a sticker on the physical cover of the magazine, It is likely this is how stock was received from suppliers but it should have been picked up and passed onto our customers accordingly! Thank you for your email, I can confirm that Bromleigh House who are the publishers of your magazine have decided to only publish bi monthly instead of monthly as previously. This has resulted in a gap between magazines and we have been informed that the next edition is due to be delivered to us the beginning of June, so not long to wait.
The previous magazine was dispatched to our customers on the 31st March so that edition, number 15, was out of stock when you made your order on the 23rd April. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

“I order the March 2023 issue of Vogue France as a collector's item. I was disappointed to open my magazine and find that the back of the magazine was full of scratches and small rips. Furthermore, there were the distributor's stickers on the front cover, covering part of the front cover, and the back, stuck haphazardly.

These have been dispatched for you so sorry too hear these have not arrived. We sent these the same day you ordered in the same package via air mail. These were sent on the 11th of January and not long after they left the warehouse, Cyber attacks were present throughout the whole of the Royal Mail which caused a complete hold on all international post. This means your issues would of been held in the system unfortunately and these have only recently resolved service as usual. This means although it takes 30 days for delivery and it has been about that, We would ask you too allow longer due to this hold in the service, Which was out of our control at that time! Please allow until the end of February for delivery, and if they have still not arrived, Please contact us via our general email: enquiries@uniquemagazines.co.uk

So sorry too hear this! So far, We have dispatched 2 issues too you from our warehouse and sent emails of dispatch for both too let you know they are on the way. We sent the first one the same day you ordered on the 10th of Jan and the second issue on the 25th of Jan. Since these were sent too Ireland, As stated on the email of confirmation, We must allow 15 days at a maximum for delivery. This means at this time, I would expect both issues should have shown up but it is possible delays are present. I have dropped you a personal email too resolve this and check in on your address! Hi, Sorry too hear this. As you are aware, We have had some problems with sending magazines internationally due too royal mail strikes and cyber attacks, Both no fault of our own and out of our control. Since then, We have worked super hard to find an alternative too letting customers down. This is when we have found a new mailing system which is very new but so far, working quicker which is great. Although we cannot offer tracking for your country for delivery, We can estimate a maximum time scale for delivery of 30 days before we compensate accordingly.
I have spoke with you a few times on email too help you understand this and have reassurance that the service will be provided but at the moment, We just ask for that 30 days too be allowed.

I have emailed you back already regarding this, We do not work weekends hence the delay in a response.
This issue 184 sent was the last issue of the old subscription/current not the renewal. This would have been a picking error when the magazines were being packed. I can also confirm after checking your renewal, Everything is fine and you are down for the right magazine 'Puzzler Pocket Codewords collection'.
I will have this current copy of the correct magazine resent as soon as possible for you.
These packing errors can happen as we have a small team in distribution and although their attention too detail is usually amazing, If we are busy you can probably imagine this is not always noticed and mistakes can happen but we always resolve them for customers.

Thanks for your order. You selected for this to begin with the next available issue after the 22.12.22. The most recent issue we had in was early December the 7th and since you ordered after this date for the next issue, This magazine was not apart of your subscription. It will begin with the next available issue due on or around the 16th of February 2023. Please bare in mind this magazine is only quarterly so it is not a reflection of our service but the frequency of the magazine and the date it was ordered !

Thanks for your review and order to Lego Explorer magazine. I hope you understand as we are not publisher, we have no ability to give magazines at a discounted price. We must get the magazines from a supplier, which costs and then generate a cost of everything based on the cover price which is often ranging between £4.99-£6.99 for this magazine. We then use this and the weight of the magazine to work out postage, Then add packaging and taking into consideration the fact we have to make profit as a business. Royal Mail has also increased there pricing of sending magazines which we have had to make changes for. If you go to the shop and get a magazine you will get it for the cover price and if you get it from publishers, you may also get this for the cover price as it is coming straight from their printers.
Furthermore, When we have promotional offers on magazines it will show on our site. Unfortunately, at the moment loyal discount is not something we can offer as because we are a small business, we must ensure all costs are covered effectively. This would be great for the future but something we cannot offer right now.

This was sent on the 9th of December 2022 via priority air mail to the address you entered online. I am sorry this has still not arrived. There were postal strikes the time which it was sent in the UK causing delays. I am sorry about this but we did send it from our end. Hi, When you placed this order you selected it to begin with the next available issue. This is issue 01 due to be sent out on the 10th of January 2023. This will then be with you in no more than 8 working days as it is sent 2nd class. There will then be 3 remaining issues on your subscription. Hi sorry to hear this. This was placed by you online and set to begin with the Autumn issue. When you ordered, the Autumn issue was in stock so your sub began the same day. We actually have a drop down option added on our site, just before christmas, clearly stating 'Start after christmas' for gift orders.
