Hi, I am so sorry to hear this and upon checking, we have not had an issue of this in some time. I know during Covid, a lot of publisher's placed their magazines on hold or suspended them, untill life resumed. Some also stopped providing to wholesalers. I have sent an enquiry to suppliers, to see if they know why we have not had an issue in a while and when we may be due one! Hi, your sub is due to begin with the next issue available, which we don't have an exact date for at the moment! I would guess the next edition will be due roughly December time! As soon as the next issue is published and comes into us, we will get it sent to you. Hi, Thanks for the review and sorry to hear this. So we had limited supply of issue 07 on this occasion meaning any new subs placed after the 9th of September, would naturally kick in with issue 08. We included this info on our site, so customers can clearly see the information when placing their sub. Please see this copied from site below;

Since you placed this on the 20th of September, it is due to begin with issue 08 which is due roughly the 16th of November 2021.

“I am not happy that I am charged double the price that is printed on the magazine. It certainly doesn’t cost that much to send as I checked how much to post and the plastic bag isn’t expensive. We run our own business and purchase stronger mailing bags and they only cost pennies. They should explain where they get their castings from. If I could purchase Angelina Ballerina elsewhere I certainly would. Unique magazines are ripping people off.”
Hi Gill, Hope you are ok and thanks for the feedback. We are not publisher's of any magazines but stockists, meaning a lot of processes and hard work goes into getting your order to you! We must purchase this off a supplier first of all which differs than if you were to order from a publisher, as they could send it direct from there printers! We then generate an average subscription price, based on a few factors. These include the cover price of the magazine, considering whether prices can fluctuate per issue. We also consider the weight of the magazine, also having thought of any possible gifts attached. The packaging is also included and the postage price per each issue we send out. We also must make ends meet as we are a business and work to make profit and ensure our staff are looked after, as they work super hard! We appreciate our cost is more than the cover price and it is understandable to query it with us, as we want to ensure you know exactly what it is you are paying for! If you wanted the magazine for the cover price alone, it can usually only be purchased this way through publisher's and in stores directly, as they are not delivered and must be picked up (for the most part). Hi James sorry to hear this. I spoke with you this morning via email where you explained you had accidently ordered the next issue No 93, which is due the 4th of November 2021. This will go 1st class on this date for you, taking no more than 6 working days to arrive! We can then discuss a subscription, as I know you were interested in taking one out possibly.
In regards to our pricing, this is worked out using the cover price of the magazine, the weight to determine postage prices, the packaging and compensations. We also pay to get this from a supplier and the costs must be measured, to make all ends meet!
