I am thrilled the dispatch was speedy and our customer service was satisfactory. I understand costs can be higher however, this pricing is all worked out on multiple factors. We get magazines from suppliers which comes at a cost, then we must consider postage and packaging as well as the fact we are a business running on profit. Thanks for the feedback! “My latest copy of Daphnes Diary had a fault within, nothing wrong on Uniques part. I rang to explain. The customer service was exceptional. Totally customer focused to sort out the problem. A fresh magazine has been dispatched on the same day as the phone call. Such a refreshing change. Unique do provide a quality service and Daphnes Diary is an excellent magazine. All the better for not having any advertisements included.”

I am thrilled you love the magazine! I am sorry about the delivery time. We dispatch the magazines via air mail which is the fastest service available. We only ask our customers too allow a maximum of 15 days before we look at compensating. I do apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused but I hope you understand it is hard for us to control the delivery time when they leave our warehouse. Thanks for allowing the maximum time. “Generally having good experiences but once I had a magazine not getting delivered and when reached out the representative only resent tracking saying it was delivered but it was to a new address. I have since ordered again to a reliable address but haven't picked it up yet but I have faith it was delivered like the ones prior to the mistake”
