“I have not yet received the magazine that I ordered. Customer service immediately responded and assured me it is on the way. Not 5 stars because I did not realize a magazine released Dec 24th in the US would take so long to arrive in the UK.”

I can see that you have been speaking with my colleague Ellie who has explained the first issue of the subscription went on sale on the 2nd Of January but was late coming into us.
