Hi, Hope you are ok and I am sorry to hear this. We send what's on TV first class from our end, every Tuesday. They should always arrive by the Saturday and we have a large number of customer's for this magazine and a small number of delivery complaints. We cannot always guarantee it will arrive on time but we can always compensate if they do not get to customers by the Saturday in time for the listings. I do know that at the moment, there are delays in the post due to current self isolation laws regarding Covid-19, meaning shortages of staff within the royal mail services. Hi, Really sorry to hear this. This Kick subscription is through publisher's direct and so I have emailed them to obtain the start date of the subscription. Hi, I am so so sorry to hear this came damaged again! With shipping to the USA, they are moved around in bags and it is not unlikely that the magazine has been damaged in this process. We send thousands of magazines overseas every week and the amount of damaged magazine, is so minimal so I am so sorry this has happened twice to you. Hi, Thanks for the feedback. I can confirm the price is all worked our via a system, which is checked thoroughly. The cover price is included, along with the weight of the magazine which confirms the postage cost. This particular magazine includes a gift, which increases the cover price and it means the magazine is slightly heavier. In this case, we sent your Art Draw and Create 1st class, as it is a single issue. It is also delivered straight to your door and we compensate wherever possible! “The opportunity to get Daphnes Diary in the UK has been wonderful, however there have been copies that sadly didn’t make it to me and that was somewhat disappointing. I love this magazine and I would dearly love to renew my subscription but I can’t justify paying a subscription when I don’t receive all the magazines. I have contacted customer services and not really felt satisfied with the response while it was pleasant and courteous it didn’t compensate for the missing magazines offer an explanation so lovely but no prizes there. Again the Magazine is wonderful and I do love it so much I shall really miss it as I have done on a few occasions already”
Hi, I am sorry to hear this. It seems that these were being dispatched and it seems they must be gotten lost within the postal services, as they have not been returned to us at any point. I have read previous emails with yourself and the agents and can understand it may not of been the resolution you were hoping for. It is difficult in some cases to find the reason magazines are not arriving, especially after checking the address and having confirmation we are sending from our end at Unique. “Since Brexit, my books used to come 4 business days after the email. I am presently waiting 2 books that were shipped March 31. It is not Unique Magazines fault, but their shipping system needs to be better to guarantee we receive goods purchased more efficiently.”
Hi, So sorry to hear this. We send our magazine subscription within the UK , 2nd class, via the Royal Mail. After a maximum of 15 days waiting for the magazines, we always compensate for customers through resends or extensions. I have extended your sub by an issue to compensate for issue 78, which means you have one issue left before your renewal will kick in. As this is a weekly television guide we understand the importance of being on time and in date when received. We apologise this was not always the case.
