“A COMPLETE SHAMBLES...
Of my last ten orders two have arrived damaged. With six of them payment has been blocked by something called SagePay. Sadly Unique Magazines are indeed unique but for all the wrong reasons. On a positive note the company do have a big selection of magazines but Newsstand are so much better.”

Our payment system is SagePay and unfortunately it is out of control whether the payments go through on here - there can be a number of reasons why SagePay rejected your card - our apologies. Regarding the damaged editions - our distribution team is aware and we are currently looking at better packaging materials and methods. We also apologise for the inconvenience caused due to this. Hi, I am so so sorry to hear this! I can confirm we checked in with suppliers and were informed, issue 08 was not published, hence the gap in your subscription. I can confirm this means, nothing was deducted from your sub for this missing issue and an extra issue will be provided at the end of the subscription. The sept 21 issue is due on the 24th of September and this will be the next issue of your sub, kicking off your renewal. I really hope this is ok and thanks so much for your understanding.
