“The service was excellent. When there were issues with Royal Mail the communication from Unique Magazines was regular, clear and detailed. The first issue of the magazine I subscribed to arrived very quickly.”
So sorry to hear this! You ordered this subscription on the 31st Dec 22 and since then we have dispatched 2/3 of your magazines. The first one was sent 3rd Jan 23 and the next on the 11th Jan 23. We ask customers too allow a maximum of 30 days for delivery of their magazines to the USA.
We have started using a new service, As the royal mail cyber attacks were causing major delays sending post internationally. Hopefully this 30 days with the new company is a maximum and magazines will arrive sooner with little delays!
We explain our wait times per country for delivery on the email for confirmation when you order, to give you notice of wait times.

Hi, I am so sorry to hear this! You placed the order in December to start with the next available issue that comes into us after christmas. This means your sub is due to begin with the FEB 23 issue due for release on or around the 24th of February 2023. The last issue we had into us was before christmas so this is why you have received no issues of the publication yet, Due to the start date set. Hope this is ok! Thanks for being so understanding. Thanks for your order. You selected for this to begin with the next available issue after the 22.12.22. The most recent issue we had in was early December the 7th and since you ordered after this date for the next issue, This magazine was not apart of your subscription. It will begin with the next available issue due on or around the 16th of February 2023. Please bare in mind this magazine is only quarterly so it is not a reflection of our service but the frequency of the magazine and the date it was ordered !
