We pride ourselves in regular and clear communication. In regards to shipping costs, I understand. As a business, we get our stock of magazines from a supplier which costs and then we must do pricing including both postage and packaging. Unfortunately you can only get magazine for the cover price in store or with a publisher and the pricing to USA can be a little expensive which is out of our control. “I love the magazine and happy to have it through the post but my only gripe is I look forward to getting it on a Friday so I've got something to look at at the weekend but I found it is not coming to me until a Monday. Please can this be looked into so I can start to receive it on a Friday again.”

I am sorry but this was not our decision personally, as we do not publish the magazines. The publishers made the decision to make this less frequent and the discounted rate this was at for a while, is no longer available with us as we send it independently. We are very sorry for this change and I do understand it may be frustrating! We have lots of sudoku magazines that are monthly which I'd be happy to set you up with.
