I am so sorry to hear this and as long as you let us know, We will always compensate accordingly by extending the sub! We always send the magazine 1st class on a Tuesday so it should arrive by the Saturday for the listings to begin.

I am sorry that the delivery time is delayed for you. As always we are sending these 2nd class from our end, With Royal Mail as always. Any delays, Are within the postal service not from our end. If your referring to the change in frequency from it being a monthly mag to a Bi-monthly, This is not our decisions but a publisher decision. I am sorry but this was for the best interest of the publication going forward. If you need anything else please feel free to contact us accordingly. Hi, I am so sorry to hear this! We send TV mags every Tuesday using 1st class postage and the latest we expect them to arrive by is the Saturday morning. Unfortunately, When it is in the postal services hands it is hard for us to determine an exact time for the delivery however, We will always compensate if the magazine does not arrive on the Sat in time for the listings to begin. “Unique Magazine is my "go to" to have our UK magazines delivered to our door all the way to Indonesia, Bali. We receive our copy around 30 days after the magazine was sent. We had to pay taxes but less than 1 pound. I will definitely continue ordering with them”

“I found Unique Magazines through an internet search when looking for Metal Hammer 379. BABYMETAL covers sell out pretty fast but Unique had some stock so I ordered two. The order was dispatched within 24 hours and arrived another day later.
Might be nice to combine some postage to reduce costs of multiple items, maybe?

Unfortunately This is out of our control. Suppliers must put this sticker on before sending the stock to us and it must cover the barcode, To make it a UK one. We have asked suppliers if this can be placed anywhere else on the magazine other than the cover but this is not possible unfortunately. I am so sorry and understand your frustration! Thanks, Ellie😊
