Hi, I am so sorry to hear this. When we send What's on TV the weekly time sensitive magazines within the UK, we send them on a Tuesday 1st class and expect them to arrive in time for the listings to begin on the Saturday. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this service when sending to France. Although they are sent on a Tuesday via priority air mail, it is hard to guarantee the delivery in time for the listings. I am aware this is not ideal but when the magazine leaves us, it is really difficult to control the time scale in which magazines arrive. I am aware your sub has now ended and you may be hesitant to renew, which is understandable. We do not often get orders for TV mags overseas for this reason. I am sorry we cannot send these any quicker and the service included some late issues. This is not the service we wish for our customers. “Delivery to EU (Poland) takes more than a week. Postal office locally charges custom processing charge, which makes already high price for EU delivery even higher (I would hope that VAT OSS removes that hurdle...)”

“Good magazines, had a subscription for my wife for several years now, but prices are getting expensive at almost £11 per magazine, maybe last year my subscription gets renewed.”
Hi, I do apologise for price increases over the years. I understand entirely that this is not ideal but from a business perspective, cannot be avoided. This magazine is a specialist title and for some time, we worked with publishers to get our customers exclusive discounted prices, as we were working as the distributors of their magazine worldwide. We now get this stock ourselves and do everything in house meaning we cannot afford to do it at that discounted rate anymore. This means our cost must be generated based on the cover price, postage and packaging. We must also take into account the cost to get this from a supplier. “When it works it's good. The challenge I find is not being able to get what you want. Of recent orders, and due to ill health, I had to stop supply of three magazines that I had on order. When I got back home, with extra things to do, I had to reduce my order to two magazines. Wonderful, I thought. First delivery was okay but then, for some unknown reason, it reduced to one magazine only. I should have had two magazines.
It makes me wonder if I should continue with your company and what sort of comments I would use on Trust Pilot, Google etc. A call from you would assist, I think. 07748 052 202

Hi Elizabeth, I am sorry too hear this but can see for the issue missing that was claimed by you, my colleague Megan has already extended your order for it. We are dispatching your magazines 1st class every Tuesday and we ask you allow until the Saturday for them too arrive as this is when the listings begin. If the magazines arrive after this date and you inform us we will then compensate accordingly. I hope you understand from our end we dispatch the magazines and it is hard for us to control the speed in which they arrive, when we are already sending them the fastest available service. I am thrilled you love the magazine! I am sorry about the delivery time. We dispatch the magazines via air mail which is the fastest service available. We only ask our customers too allow a maximum of 15 days before we look at compensating. We dispatch TV Choice first class on a Tuesday before the listings start on the Saturday, which should mean it will arrive in good time.

We expected the next issue of Cbeebies Art to arrive in late January. When it did not, we investigated and found that the publishers had made the decision to stop printing the magazine. Unfortunately this meant your order was cancelled as we could no longer provide the magazine you ordered.
