“Shoes came quickly for wife’s Christmas present. Didn’t get a conformation email when ordered though and also to say if they have been despatched which worried me. Shoes are in perfect condition but the box is slightly damaged which is a shame and doesn’t look like it’s been damaged by the courier service. Other than that they came very quickly and they had stock of a shoe ive been looking for for ages! Thanks.”

“Couldn't fault the service. I inadvertently chose the "collect from store" option and was quickly telephoned by the store to check if that was right. I received the shoes a couple of days later. Very happy with them and the service I received.”

“Very easy to deal with and helpful. Love being able to print off return label on line. Only reason for lower mark is on my credit card statement it said .....Garden Centre and not unique Soles- so I thought it was a fraudulent transaction and contacting my bank - best if unique soles stated.”
