“Package never arrived! Zero response to my 3 emails, 2 requests for contact through the website or social media message…extremely poor customer service. Ignoring my requests for a refund. Ordered something as a birthday present and had to spend more money on an alternative.”

“I placed an order on 31st Jan which arrived promptly. I then posted back for a refund following all the recommended steps, and received confirmation of my return on 11th Feb. It’s now been over a month and I’m still yet to receive my return. I’ve also emailed 3 times and received zero response! Really poor”

“Forgot to pack my order,Emails just bounced back, phoned them (used option3) got through after failing on option 1 and 2. And they sent my order, the staff who answered call was friendly and helpful to be fair.”

“Ordered a belstaff overshirt, perfect fit but sadly wasn’t quite right for me and ordered a Barbour t-shirt aswell which wasn’t wanted. Had to return to 2 different locations (not sure why) but I had to pay for returns, and it’s nearly been 3 weeks now and I still haven’t had a refund or had a reply from my email query. I think they need to recruit for customer service!! Very poor.”
