“I placed a order with Unique and I received my staff dirty and nothing like in the picture.I contact them and said that and this was the response that I received “As an authorised Stockist of Kenzo we do not sell fake goods. We also don’t appreciate such slanderous remarks. unique1989.com have been trading for 33 years. I’m sure trading standards would have closed our stores and website down by now, if as you say. We were selling fake designer clothing. So the options are. 1. Take the goods to trading standards. We’ll happily cooperate with them. 2. Send the items back (at your own expense) for a full refund and don’t click on our site again. Unique 4 Skye Square, Ayr Central, Ayr, KA7 1TP 3. Do above and learn some manners when dealing with people, it goes a long way in this world. Kind regards Unique” Very unprofessional of them,like is my fault that the items that I received were dirty.Now I sent 2 emails about my refund and all they said is that sorry for the delay but still didn’t received my refund.Very bad customer service I don’t recommend at all!”
